RealSelf actual patient comment:

I’m 22 but I’ve been through many traumatic experiences and illness and consequently I’ve already damaged my “youthful” look. I have always had some serious hollow eyes, which you can’t see in the first photo due to lighting and expensive concealer. I also want to get fillers for my lips and marionette lines and Botox for my forehead (again, not visible in first photo, but lines on forehead as well as “concern” lines are becoming a serious problem.) I have added a before and after photo of me now and the results I’m looking for, as well as what I looked like before life damaged my youthful face.
A.First of all you look beautiful. Second of all, as a 24 year old friend once told me when I asked her, “Does anything on your face bother you?’…she replied, “Nothing beats youth!!!” At age 22, you should consult with a great aesthetician and have a quality skin care regimen. I ask all of my millennial patients to see Kayla, our superb aesthetician, to have a personalized skin care regimen. As far as treating undereye hollows, I would likely treat you with a very small amount of Voluma and Restylane. Less is more!!! Millennial lips are best treated with a small amount of Volbella. Forehead lines are prevented with micro doses of Botox, Dysport, or Juveau. Again, less is more, if your treatment is obvious or unnatural then your treating physician has failed you. Choose your treating physician most carefully based on their knowledge, experience, skill, and most importantly their natural artistic vision. Good luck and be well.
