What facial procedures (preferably permanent) would help my seemingly saggy/droopy face? (Photos)
Actual RealSelf Patient Comment:
I have an asymmetrical face. I am 25 years old. I have come to realize over years of reflection that my biggest insecurity comes from very droopy/sagging cheeks and eyelids. It seems to be more extreme on my left side of my face. My cheeks are very thin cheeks and often get very cold when the weather drops. I am thinking that maybe a fat transplant to my cheeks or some sort of tightening from the inside of my mouth could help improve the appearance. I am very open to suggestions. Thank you.
Dr. Persky answer: Hi Josh, I would treat you with Sculptra which naturally builds your own collagen and is long lasting once you achieve correction. I am not a fan of either facial implants or fat in young patients.
Good luck and be well.
