What is the likelihood that I could get a dorsal bump from this injury?

I was putting something in the trunk, and Ididn’t realize it was closing. As I was lifting my head up I hit my nose on the bottom of the trunk. I got a minor cut and some redness surrounding it. My nose itself didn’t bleed and it only hurts where the scratch and bruise is. As of right now there’s no swelling or bump. My question is, what is the likelihood that I could get a dorsal bump from this injury?
