What longterm treatment should I get for this texture on my face? Are these pores or scars?

Hello! I’m wondering what kind of treatment I should get for this texture on my skin. The photos are with makeup on, I’ve had microneedling in the past and IPL and chemical peels. I want long term results. Also would you describe these as pores or scars ?
