What work could be done to improve the aesthetic of my nose? Also, are under eye fillers right for me?

What can be to be done to “fix” my nose? There’s a dent in the side of my left nostril, and the bridge is pretty narrow. I don’t like the vertical shape and width of my ala and my tip is practically nonexistent. I’m curious whether or not I have a deviated septum. I have breathing issues, especially when sick. The skin under my eyes is thin and asymmetrical, especially when smiling. Would fillers be able to improve the symmetry and reduce the dark circles?
