Which nose edit best suits my face? (Photo)
Actual RealSelf Patient Comment: the first collage is 2 before/un-edited photos) trying to narrow down what i will decide to show my surgeon once i find someone. i know some of them are very similar so i may be obsessing too much on small details, but i’d like to go in with an edit that’s as close as i can get to the result i want. overall i want: – natural and proportionate to my other features – straight with *maybe* a very slight curve – smaller overall, not too projected after – lifted tip
Dr. Persky’s Reply: It is great that you are detailed with your rhinoplasty goals. You certainly should share these with your rhinoplasty surgeon. I personally like the profile aesthetics of #3. Of course, the nose is 3 dimensional and all views must be considered as well as your anatomic structure. Choose your rhinoplasty surgeon most carefully. Good luck and be well.
