Dr. Persky’s Reply: It is great that you are detailed with your rhinoplasty goals. You certainly should share these with your rhinoplasty surgeon. I personally like the profile aesthetics of #3. Of course, the nose is 3 dimensional and all views must be considered as well as your anatomic structure. Choose your rhinoplasty surgeon most carefully. Good luck and be well.
