Will Emsculpt enlarge muscle?

I am very confused. I read that building muscle will cause the muscle to grow in size. Will the growing of muscle cause a bulge or will it tighten up and shrink muscle? So it will be flattened? I am in between xs and s size person and I’m wondering if I should buy a dress in XS or S? i am getting the dress online for an occasion next week.
A.Emsculpt has been shown to increase muscle mass by 16% and decrease fat by 19% after a series of treatments. Having said that,I would buy the dresssize that you would normally get thatfits you best. I believe that the effectof Emsculpt “building muscle” and Emsculpt “toning the abdomen” will offset each other, I doubt that yourclothing size will be affected.
