Would Botox or any kind of filler help with these lines from the end of my eye down to my cheeks?

Hello, I’m 20 and I’ve always had these really bad lines extending from the end of my eye down my cheeks. I’m not sure what it’s from but I’ve always had them and wanted to know what kind of treatment I should do or treatment is even possible. I also have one really hooded lid that I would like to fix as well. I’m half Asian and I get bullied a lot about my eyes and the weird lines that come with it. If you have any advice I’d be grateful, thank you.
