Would one vial of Sculptra be enough to look freshened up at 23?

Hey there, I’m a younger patient age 23 who just wants to look a little more freshened up and wants a very subtle difference. Would 1 vial of sculptra be enough for my cheeks and smile lines? I don’t want to get rid of my smile lines completely and I don’t want it to be noticeable that I got something done. I just want a to look a little more well rested would this help?
