Actual RealSelf Patient Comment: It seems like all the fat has atrophied from my forehead, I don’t really have wrinkles, just skin. Would profound rf help to tighten or fat transfer to fill it back in?

I would treat your temples with filler, I would avoid any filler or fat injections in your forehead as the risk of blindness is not worth it. You may have filler injected behind your temporal hairline as well to help with your concerns. As with any aesthetic procedure, be sure to choose your treating physician very carefully.
