Points from the video:
00: 07 – Dr Persky discusses the most common question being asked, ‘when do I see results, and how long is it going to last’; and shares the answer to it;
00:59 – He shares the second question being asked ‘how long does ultherapy last’; and answers to it as well;
01:27 – He says the best answer will be that the patients would always look better than what they would have, had they not had it done;
Most patients see some immediate effect but what we tell patients is that it usually takes 2-3 months to start seeing notice able differences, and it takes about 6 months to really see the effect.
The second question is that how long does ultherapy last. That’s what everybody wants to know. There isn’t a finite time; our therapy has been out for about three years. Most of our patients have been treated one time. We do have patients coming back who want more treatment, after a year, two or three. The great majority of those patients still look better than they did before their first ultherapy treatment. They have seen the results and they want more.
The patient will always look better than they would have, had they not had it done…
I do think that patients will carry the effects of ultherapy throughout their life.
