Saturday morning during spinning class, the spinning instructor embarrassed another instructor taking the class, causing her to smile along with many of the others in the room. The instructor then said, “I love making people smile at 8 am in the morning!” To which I immediately thought, “We love making people smile earlier in the morning too…but they need to wait until 9 am Monday through Friday in our office!”

As Audrey Hepburn simply and most accurately put it, “Happy girls are the prettiest!” There is little that we can offer in facial plastic surgery that does more for one’s beauty than a true spontaneous smile. Enjoy the beauty of life, and share your smile often with others.
