I never adopted the thread lift in my practice after becoming aware of it when it first came out years ago. After seeing the procedure presented by Steven Dayan, MD at a Newport Beach conference, I waited a year and then asked the very honest and forthright Dr. Dayan about his experience with the procedure. He shared that he no longer performed the thread lift because of the same reasons cited in the current study.
