Quatela, who is the president of the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery. I have been in practice since 1985, practicing facial plastic surgery, doing facelifts, nose jobs and other surgeries. One of the downsides of being in practice is you are not out there learning all of the new techniques and actual experience in first hand.
