Points from the Video:
00:05- What is ultherapy and how it is done;
00:40- Ultherapy and its effect in detail;
01:00- The effect on production of collagen;
Ultherapy is a micro-focused ultrasound energy which meets at a point beneath the surface of the skin, creating heat in a one millimeter spot, and that it can get as high as 70 degree Celsius; That’s enough to create a noticeable little bit of burn in the tissue; And we have seen that when ultherapy is being done in a piece of chicken, you can actually see the little burn, and what we know from how burns heal is that over time, they form collagen. So, in an ultherapy treatment, we are treating the lining of the muscle and creating those burns over 6-9 month period. A lot of collagen is forming; when collagen forms, it tightens things. We treat the muscle layer, and then we come a little more superficial, and treat the undersurface of the skin where there is a lot of collagen generation capability. So those two layers were forming a lot of new collagen overtime…Thanks to the ultherapy treatment.
